Position Summary:
Retail Staff Pharmacist providing pharmacy services primarily in the Medical Office Building pharmacy, with occasional coverage at another local retail pharmacy if needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Dispense prescription medications accurately and safely
• Provide patient counseling on medication usage, side effects, and interactions
• Review prescriptions for accuracy, appropriateness, and compliance
• Collaborate with providers and healthcare staff to ensure optimal patient care
• Maintain proper documentation and comply with state and federal regulations
• Utilize EPIC EMR for prescription and patient records
• Cover additional retail pharmacy locations as needed

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Active Wisconsin Pharmacist license (required)
• Minimum 5 years of pharmacist experience
• Retail pharmacy experience required
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy laws, regulations, and best practices
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work rotating Saturday shifts
